The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Before proceeding with an exchange, please contact us to confirm that the return has been approved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders receive priority, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 10 AM PST on Friday will be shipped on the next business day (the first non-holiday after the weekend).
