We ship Monday through Friday during normal operating hours, except on holidays.

- Bespoke products made to order
- Personalized items with custom names, fabrics, or messages
- Postage & packaging costs for dispatched items

Yes, if you are unsure about a product, we recommend ordering a sample first.
7. What condition should the returned items be in?
Items should be in excellent condition, in their original packaging where appropriate, unless they are faulty.
8. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
9. Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
10 How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 28-45 days of receiving the returned goods, as long as all return procedures are followed.
