1. What does the 5-year limited warranty cover?
Our 5-year limited warranty covers all products purchased directly from us, guaranteeing that they will be free from manufacturer defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Are there any exceptions to the warranty coverage?
Yes, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without our written authorization. It also does not apply to floor samples or display models, nor does it cover conditions resulting from misuse, abuse, transportation damage, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance.
3. What should I do if I need to make a warranty claim?
If you encounter a problem that you believe is covered by this warranty, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the furniture. You will need to provide the original bill of sale and the product serial numbers. We may require defective parts to be returned upon request.

5. Are there any disclaimers about the materials used?
Yes, our table tops and desk tops are made from High Pressure Laminate (HPT), which uses computer-simulated wood grains and color tones. Table and desk legs are made of solid wood with natural variations in grain and stain. While efforts are made to match these components as closely as possible, perfect matches cannot always be guaranteed.
6. Is there a limit to the amount of damages that can be claimed?
The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages such as loss of use, installation or re-installation charges, storage fees, or any damage to personal property. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product or its replacement.

No representative of our company or its distributors or dealers is authorized to make changes or modifications to this warranty. All terms are as stated and are legally binding.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Orders are usually shipped within 5-15 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders receive priority, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
